WHAT PEOPLE GROUP COMMITS ACTS OF TERROR? IS he saying islamists did this to to the muslim mosque? Or is he saying some angry other individual or group did this and it is a form of "counter-terrorism"? If it is some sort of retaliation against muslims in general for what happened in san berdu can it really be called terrorism or even counter-terrorism ? As opposed to some stupid random crime? It seems like a rather loose usage of the word "terror".
