ITS A WAR,NOT CRIMINAL JUSTICE: "'El Chapo' Extradition Will Take At Least A Year, Mexican Official Says"
Seems like Mexico needs to realize they are AT WAR w/ the narcotic traffickers (& vice-versa),and conventional rules of justice need not apply. Chapo is back in the same prison from which he escaped & they might keep him there for a year or years pending extradition? Are they crazy? This is a war. They need to get el chapo out of the country immediately!
