IT'S ILLEGAL TO STAY UP IN A TREE? ‘Man in tree’ finally climbs down after 24 hours and after cops promise not to charge him "

JUST WONDERING...IF he wasn't being a nuisance and throwing things etc, would he be allowed to stay up in the tree?
