Cleaning up the drug problem is one thing, but allowing it even ordering murder is another... It's gone way 2 far if the witnesses are truthful.. Sounds more like n KOREA, even the worst drug dealers at most should be put in prison for life,unless they are also associated w/ murder, but either way they deserve a trial..

I've been a missionary in the Philippines...lots of good people,. They deserve better
