10-year-old Weston Halsne told NBC's Minneapolis affiliate KARE that his friend was shot in the back and had to go to the hospital. "The shots were like, right next to me," he said. "My friend Victor, like saved me, though, because he layed on top of me, but he got hit."
Weston continued, "Um, he's really brave, and I hope he's good in the hospital." He further told everyone who was transported to the hospital, "I hope you're okay, and I'm praying for you."
