President Donald Trump talked about his desire for eternal salvation as he discussed ongoing efforts to negotiate a lasting peace between Russia and Ukraine.
He invoked the Bible during an interview on Fox & Friends one day after hosting historic meetings at the White House to broker peace between the countires.
'I want to get to heaven if possible. I'm hearing I'm not doing well. I hear I'm at the bottom of the totem pole,' Trump said.
'If I can get to heaven, this will be one of the reasons.'"
