That's funny because I just looked that up on Chat gpt yesterday about the law enforcement authority of ICE, and yes, I concur , they do have actual law enforcement authority which citizens must abide by.
Not that ICE will be doing traffic enforcement and things like that but in some sort of situation where they need to take control, they do have that authority
